A very controversial Miley Cyrus made another noise in public with her new music video from her second upcoming "Bangerz" album titled "Wrecking Ball".
The video was good at the beginning until Miley is swinging on a wrecking ball NAKED and destroying some structure with a sledgehammer and surprisingly licking it.

She promised to release her fourth album if her "Wrecking Ball" beats the one-day record in VEVO.
